Upon full payment, all final design assets created for the client are the exclusive property of the client. Dezin.io retains the right to use the work in our portfolio unless an NDA is signed.
Parts of our workflow utilize Generative AI tools. Clients acknowledge that AI-generated components may have specific copyright limitations depending on jurisdiction.
Projects require a 50% upfront deposit. Once the design process (including AI model training) has begun, deposits are non-refundable.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
